General Information
The Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony has been an annual event on the IET Australian calendar for some time now. The Dinner is a semi formal evening which provides members, guests, industry partners and friends of the IET from around the country a chance to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
Thanks to the wonderful support of Thales Australia a large number of the members that attend the dinner are traditionally students. The support from Thales Australia provides a great opportunity for the students to get involved with industry functions at an early stage in their careers. With a focus on improving relationships between the students and the industry partners, the seating is planned strategically at each table to encourage communication.
A keynote speaker will address the audience and the awards from the National Final of the ATPP will be presented to find out who will travel to the UK.
